The TOP All Park (Day Pass) Terms & Conditions
  • This Ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Update: The validity only on that day the ticket purchased.
  • MESB reserve the right to replace with another attraction in the event any of the listed attractions are out of service / under repair.
  • The ticket is valid for the following attractions, which are available at THE TOP@Komtar, Penang: DanceOki, Magic Mirror Maze, 7D Discovery Motion Theater, Tongkat Ali King, Jurassic Research Center, Musical Carousel, Ocean Explorer, UFO & Dragon Regatta (for children only).
  • Operating hours are from 10am to 10pm daily.
  • Child rates apply to those measuring from 90cm to 130cm tall; some rides & attractions require parental guidance.
  • Adult rates apply to those measuring above 130cm tall.
  • Refunds are not available in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer
  • THE TOP All Park ticket remains the property of Magnificent Empire Sdn Bhd and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • MESB reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  • Price is quoted in Ringgit Malaysia, and is inclusive of 6% GST.
  • Other terms and conditions apply.
  • Window of the TOP and Observations Deck are not included in the package
