The AWS Hands-on Lab sessions will provide you with the opportunity to understand AWS services through classroom sessions before gaining hands-on experience through step-by-step instructions on the AWS Console in a live practice environment. AWS Trainers and solution architects will also be on site to answer your questions.

  • Working with Amazon EC2, EBS & S3
  • Visualizing AWS costs
  • Labs
  • Introduction to Amazon EC2 & Elastic Block Store (EBS)
  • Introduction to AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)

AWS Hands-on Labs Workshop: Developer
May 9, 2017
Session 2: 1:30pm – 5:30pm

  • Presentation & Demo

  • Deploying applications using AWS Elastic Beanstalk

  • Creating Serverless Microservices on AWS using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway and Amazon Cognito

  • Labs

  • Introduction to AWS Elastic Beanstalk

  • Introduction to AWS Lambda

  • All participants must bring along a laptop for the session.

Please ensure your laptop meets the following requirements:

  • A notebook computer with Wi-Fi
  • Administrator access to the computer (if Windows)
  • Either PC or Mac is supported
  • Chrome, Firefox or Safari

Note: We will provide a dedicated wireless connection for you to access.

Only 60 seats available per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register to avoid disappointment.
