I cancelled an order in Lazada on 18/12/2017 but it was still delivered to me on 19/12/2017. I accepted it and paid COD (RM 58 , 20000 mAh Pineng powerbank, code is pn969 )for the power bank sold by IFIX MARKETING through LAZADA.
I realized that it was a fake item and decided to return it. However, since the status for this item is CANCELLED and not DELIVERED, I couldn’t print out the RETURN FORM.
I contacted both LAZADA and the seller, IFIX MARKETING to resolve this to no avail.
What should I do? Please help.
