1. The Organiser of Men’s Biore Detox Power Cleansing Sampling App (Application) is Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this Application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to terminate the Application at any time without prior notice. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Application Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
2. This Application is open to Malaysia resident with a Facebook account, during the Application Period. Employees of Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries, marketing/event agencies and their immediate families, are not allowed to participate in this Application.

How to Participate

1. To participate in this application’s sample redemption, participant must:
2. “Like” the Men’s Biore Malaysia Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/MensBioreMalaysia/
3. Allow access to the Men’s Biore Detox Power Cleansing Sampling App
4. Complete the submission of free sample product by filling in a short registration form and provide your Full Name, IC Number, Email Address, Contact Number, Address and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Application
5. Participants will be notified via email after sampling registration.
6. By participating, you agree to receive updates from Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. from time to time.
7. Each participant is allowed to register one sample product per Facebook Account.
8. Any answer commented under the T&apm;C in Note section will not be entertained.

Application Period The sampling registration period is from 28th July, 1200 Hours till 27th October 2016, 2359 Hours on Men’s Biore Malaysia Facebook page.

Sampling Products

1. There will be three choices of sampling products:

• Men’s Biore Double Scrub Deep Clean Extra Cool (15g)
• Men’s Biore Double Scrub Bright Clean (15g)
• Men’s Biore Double Scrub Ace Solution (15g)

The sampling product will be sent within 2 months upon redemption via registered post to the registered mailing address in the application.

The sampling product is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.

Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to forfeit the sampling product for any participants who does not provide the complete required details in the registration form.

Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for failure to contact any participant as a result of invalid contact information provided within the email submitted.

Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the sampling product and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.

Participants hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Participants' names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.

Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for Internet connection error that may affect the contest.

Liability

1. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for:
2. Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
3. Any error (including error in notification of sample redeem), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Disqualification Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Application, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Application Terms and Conditions and/or the Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.

1. Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing Kao (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. collecting, using and processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
