it’s a scam by umobile, you cannot get the free voucher when online with phone. Keeps saying system upgrade. By the time you get the voucher, it will say all has been redeemed. Better luck next time.

It’s getting harder to get the Thursday freebie because more My U Mobile App users are aware of the free voucher deal and its timing (8AM Thursday).

Same experience here as well, during 8AM sharp the app will have problem to load and keep receiving sorry please try again later. Around 830AM when the app loads successfully then all vouchers finish redeemed.

Have to try another way - use faster home WiFi instead of U Mobile data next time…
