Can Old Town Malaysia tell me why each time I asked to reset the wifi it is so difficult? Your wifi sucks and so is the customer service. Just asked to reset the wifi and your Malay supervisor named Nizam at Old Town opposite Taman Midah(Taman Sri Bahtera) replied “Sekarang ramai orang” and refused to reset. He practically argued with me. So what ramai orang because alot of customers use data line. As of now I have not received any response from your side even though I have brought it up on your FB page since Jan 24. If the company does not respond what more can you expect from the staff?? Rude and unprofessional staff.
