Did not activate Samsung Pay using my public bank debit card but received the email below:

Could be due to scammer trying to add my debit card to Samsung Pay but unsuccessful so trigger the email alert. Do not give any SMS TAC to anyone asking for it, it could be a fault of scammer trying to add your debit card to their Samsung Pay account and spend your money.
