Celcom: We regret to inform that there was a network outage this morning starting at 7:00am which has affected incoming and outgoing calls nationwide. Our tech team has fixed this outage at 9:30am and services in Peninsular Malaysia is already back to normal whilst other regions will recover gradually by 1pm.
