AEON BIG MEMBER CARD PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

AEON BIG MEMBER CARD PROGRAMME

The AEON BiG Member Card Programme (“Member Card”) is a loyalty program owned by AEON BiG (M) SDN. BHD. (“AEON BiG”) and managed by AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd (“AEON Credit”). The Member Card is issued and managed by AEON Credit, and it is applicable at all AEON BIG retail/hypermarket/supermarket stores in Malaysia (“AEON BIG Stores”) and appointed external merchants (“External Merchants”) which will be notified to the Member Card holder from time to time. External Merchants refers to other business entities which are not associated with AEON BIG and AEON Credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the Member Card, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. MEMBERSHIP

    You must either reside or be a resident of Malaysia or Singapore, aged 18 years and above in order to be eligible to apply for the Member Card.
    You may apply for the Member Card at any of the participating AEON BIG Stores in Malaysia by completing the Member Card application form and presenting your MyKad, Passport or any other personal identification as requested.
    All Member Card accounts are individual accounts and you are only entitled for one (1) Member Card. Member Card Programme benefits are non-transferable, not for sale and can only be used by the individual who is named or registered for the Member Card unless expressly stated otherwise.

  2. USE OF THE AEON BiG MEMBER CARD

    You must present your Member Card to the cashiers at any of the participating AEON BIG stores and/or External Merchants prior item being scanned each time you make a purchase in order to earn or redeem your AEON BIG Member Card points.
    As a Member Card holder, you are required to produce your Member Card for any point redemption to offset for the purchases at any of the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants.
    AEON Credit has the absolute discretion to refuse processing of any redemption request made by you, in the event AEON Credit suspect of any fraudulent activities related to your member card account.
    All Member Cardholder are bound by these AEON BIG Member Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) stated herein and AEON Credit reserves the rights to vary, omit, add or amend the AEON BIG Member Card Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
    Wholesaler(s) (including its owner, employee, representative etc) shall not be entitled to use and earn Member Card points when purchasing goods at special discount for Wholesaler(s).
    All applicable Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) as required under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 and taxes of a similar nature herein shall be payable by you.

  3. POINTS

    Generally one (1) point will be collected for every RM1.00 spent in a single transaction. However, Member Card holder may collect extra points for every RM1.00 spent at the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants subject to notification being given to the Member Card holder from time to time.
    Points collected are not exchangeable or redeemable to cash, prizes, credit or any products except for those stated in the AEON BIG Member Card Redemption Program (if any).
    Each Reward point shall expire by 31st December in the calendar year following the year when the relevant reward point was issued. Points not redeemed by 31st December in the calendar year following the year when the reward points were issued shall be automatically forfeited, and you shall have no claim against AEON Credit and AEON BIG in respect of the forfeited reward points.
    Your Member Card points earned for the day will only be reflected after 24 hours from your last purchase at any participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants or by the 20th day of each month when purchases are made at some selected External Merchants in accordance to their policy.
    AEON Credit is entitled to reverse out the Member Card points earned at any time if products or goods purchased at the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent value. AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG reserves the right to refuse any return or refund process if you fail to produce the Member Card upon request.
    Points awarded and/or points redeemed for purchase may be reversed and/or cancelled if AEON Credit determines that the points were earned and/or redeemed not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any system error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of AEON Credit’s employees that are contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions contained herein.
    AEON Credit is under no obligation to award Member Card points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
    No point will be rewarded for purchases of Gift Cards, mobile top up, tobacco related products, and other products purchased outside from participating AEON BIG stores and/or External Merchants.
    Points will be awarded by AEON Credit for all GST costs payable by you.

  4. LOST, THEFT, DAMAGE

    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG shall not be held liable for any loss or damages suffered by you for any lost or stolen or damage to your Member Card caused purely by your own negligence and the following shall apply:-
    AEON Credit will not credit back the points from any lost or stolen or damaged Member Card into any fresh application of Member Card;
    Notwithstanding para (i) above, AEON Credit will credit back the points in case of stolen Member Card due to theft and you are required to furnish a copy of the police report; and
    Notwithstanding para (i) above, AEON Credit will credit back the points where the damage was caused by faulty card.
    You must immediately notify AEON Credit in the event your Member Card is lost or stolen by calling our Customer Care Line (1-300-80-2366) or visiting nearest AEON Credit branches. AEON Credit will immediately block your Member Card points from any earning or redemption process (if any).
    In the event of lost, theft, fraud, damaged or malfunction of the card or other unauthorized use of your Member Card, AEON Credit may at its sole discretion, replace your Member Card (if applicable) and transfer all points collected (if applicable) to a replacement card. AEON Credit may at its sole discretion decide not to replace your Member Card due to the incident caused by your willful breach of these Terms and Conditions or if it is suspected that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or any other unlawful conduct.
    AEON Credit will credit your remaining AEON BIG points from the time and date you reported lost of your AEON BIG Member Card, within ten (10) working days.
    If you found a Member Card which you had previously reported to be lost or stolen, you should immediately dispose the Member Card.

  5. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

    At the point you apply for AEON BIG Member Card, it is obligatory for you to provide your (1) full name as in I.C./Passport, (2) new I.C./Passport number, (3) date of birth, (4) nationality, (5) race, (6) gender, (7) marital status, (8) correspondence address, (9) postcode, (10) city, (11) state, (12) confirmation and signature, and (13) applicant signature. The other personal data requested such as your mobile number, home number, and e-mail among others are optional to be provided. The personal data collected are stored securely by AEON Credit. If you access any of AEON BIG’s promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires via a third party social networking site, AEON BIG may receive information about your social networking site profile including without limitation the information you make publicly available such as your social networking site user ID, your first, last and user names, profile and cover photos.
    AEON Credit is committed to maintaining the security of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
    The Data Protection and Privacy Policy shall apply whenever you provide AEON Credit with your personal data save and except if it is required by law or any regulatory authority, your personal data will not be passed to any other party without your permission.
    AEON Credit, and AEON BiG reserves the right to use the database information for the purpose (“Purpose”) of:
    managing and improving the Member Card;
    administering your account;
    understanding your shopping behaviour in order to develop and improve our products and services;
    managing promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires; and
    checking and verifying your identity.

    Marketing and analysis - Unless you indicate otherwise, AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG may contact you:
    with offers and information about AEON BiG products or services; and
    with offers and information about AEON Credit’s products and services including products and services distributed by AEON Credit through strategic alliances with its business partners; and
    for customer analysis e.g. to help improve our services.
    In the event you indicate that you do not want to receive marketing information from us, this will prevent you from receiving great offers or promotions that may be of interest to you.     Please be informed that your personal data may be disclosed to affiliates, service providers and relevant third party business partners of AEON Credit and AEON BIG for the purpose as provided herein and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws. Those third parties have access to your personal data only as necessary to perform their functions, and for no other purposes.
    You may request for access to or correction of the personal data, submit inquiries or complaints, or limit the processing of the personal data at any time hereafter by submitting such request to AEON Credit via e-mail at customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my. Please note that it is obligatory for you to supply the personal data as per Clause 5(a) above in order for AEON Credit to process your personal data for the Purpose, without which AEON Credit will not be able to process your application for this Member Card and to provide adequate services. By providing your personal data and submitting your application including your signature, you expressly consent and agree to the terms above with respect to the processing of your personal data by AEON Credit.

  6. GENERAL

    The AEON BIG Member Card remains the property of AEON Credit at all times.
    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG may, at its discretion at any time terminate the AEON BIG Member Card Program by giving thirty (30) calendar days’ notice of termination. Notice of such termination may be sufficiently sent to you as per clause 6(l) and 6(m) below.
    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG (including its successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries) and the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or of any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage of the Member Card.
    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG shall hold no liability in the event that any participating AEON BIG Stores and/or the External Merchants refuse to accept the Member Card for any reason whatsoever.
    Any dispute regarding the Member Card points and services must be directed to AEON Credit Customer Care line within seven (7) days of the said dispute.
    The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia. You hereby expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
    If any of the provisions herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected.
    AEON BIG has the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the Member Card.
    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG assume no responsibility for any technical failure of the Member Card system that results in the Member Card not being accepted by any participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants.
    AEON Credit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time when it is reasonably considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice shall be posted on AEON Credit’s and/or AEON BIG official website as a notification of the said amendment(s). Please take note that your continued usage of the Member Card after any amendment(s) being made to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to the amendment(s) made.
    AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the amendment(s) of these Terms and Conditions.
    All communications and/or correspondences by AEON Credit, is either by way of notification through AEON Credit’s and/or AEON BIG’s official website and/or the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants, advertisements and/or any other media deemed fit. Any such notification shall immediately supersede the previous communication and/or correspondence with regard to the same matter, unless it is expressed and clearly stated otherwise.
    Any notice to be given pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be sufficiently sent to you by way of notification at the participating AEON BIG Stores and/or External Merchants and/or publication on the AEON Credit and/or AEON BIG’s official website.

PROGRAM KAD AHLI AEON BiG

Program Kad Ahli AEON BiG (“Kad Ahli”) adalah program kesetiaan yang dimiliki oleh AEON BiG (M) SDN. BHD. (“AEON BiG”) dan diuruskan oleh AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd (“AEON Credit”). Kad Ahli ini dikeluarkan dan dikendalikan oleh AEON Credit dan ia boleh digunakan di semua rangkaian runcit/pasaraya besar/pasaraya AEON BIG di Malaysia (“Rangkaian AEON BIG”) serta pedagang luar yang dibenarkan (“Pedagang-pedagang Luar”) yang akan dimaklumkan kepada pemegang Kad Ahli dari semasa ke semasa. Pedagang-pedagang Luar merujuk kepada entiti perniagaan lain yang tidak berkaitan dengan AEON BIG dan AEON Credit

TERMA DAN SYARAT

Dengan menggunakan Kad Ahli, anda dengan ini bersetuju untuk terikat dengan mematuhi terma-terma dan syarat-syarat berikut:

  1. KEAHLIAN

    Anda mestilah penduduk atau pemastautin Malaysia atau Singapura, berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas untuk layak memohon Kad Ahli
    Anda boleh memohon Kad Ahli di mana-mana rangkaian AEON BIG di Malaysia yang terlibat dengan melengkapkan borang permohonan Kad Ahli dan menunjukkan MyKad, pasport anda atau sebarang pengenalan peribadi sepertimana yang diperlukan.
    Semua akaun Kad Ahli adalah akaun-akaun individu dan anda hanya layak untuk satu (1) Kad Ahli. Ganjaran Program Kad Ahli tidak boleh dipindah milik, bukan untuk dijual dan hanya boleh digunakan oleh individu yang dinamakan atau berdaftar untuk Kad Ahli kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya.

  2. PENGGUNAAN KAD AHLI AEON BiG

    Anda mestilah menyerahkan Kad Ahli anda kepada juruwang di mana-mana Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat sebelum barangan anda diimbas setiap kali anda membuat pembelian untuk memastikan anda memperolehi atau menebus mata ganjaran Kad Ahli AEON BIG anda.
    Sebagai pemegang Kad Ahli, anda perlu memaparkan Kad Ahli anda semasa menebus mata ganjaran Kad Ahli di mana-mana Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat.
    AEON Credit mempunyai budi bicara mutlak untuk menolak daripada memproses sebarang permintaan penebusananda sekiranya AEON Credit mengesyaki kemungkinan aktiviti penipuan berkaitan dengan akaun Kad Ahli anda.
    Semua Pemegang Kad Ahli adalah terikat dengan Syarat-syarat dan Terma-terma Kad Ahli AEON BIG (“Terma dan Syarat”) yang dinyatakan di sini dan AEON Credit berhak untuk mengubah, mengabaikan, menambah atau meminda Terma dan Syarat tanpa memberi sebarang notis. Mana-mana Terma dan Syarat ini atau pindaan akan menggantikan Terma dan Syarat sedia ada.
    Pemborong (termasuk pemilik, kakitangan, wakil dan sebagainya) tidak layak mengguna dan memperoleh mata ganjaran Kad Ahli bagi pembelian barangan pada diskaun khas untuk Pemborong.
    Sebarang Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (“GST”) yang terpakai sepertimana yang tertakluk di bawah Akta Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan 2014 serta lain-lain cukai yang seumpamanya adalah berbayar oleh anda.

  3. MATA GANJARAN

    Secara umumnya satu (1) mata dapat dikumpulkan melalui perbelanjaan setiap RM1.00 dalam satu transaksi. Walau bagaimanapun, pemegang Kad Ahli boleh mengumpul mata tambahan untuk setiap RM1.00 yang dibelanjakan di Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat di mana ianya tertakluk kepada pengumuman kepada pemegang Kad Ahli dari masa ke semasa.
    Mata ganjaran yang diperolehi tidak boleh ditukar atau ditebus untuk wang tunai, hadiah, kredit atau sebarang produk kecuali sepertimana yang telah dinyatakan dalam Program Penebusan Kad Ahli AEON BIG (jika ada).
    Setiap Mata Ganjaran akan tamat tempoh pada 31hb Disember pada tahun kalendar berikut selepas mata ganjaran berkenaan diberikan. Mata ganjaran yang tidak ditebus sebelum 31 Disember dalam tahun kalendar berikut selepas mata ganjaran telah terkumpul akan terbatal secara automatik, dan anda tidak boleh membuat tuntutan terhadap AEON Credit dan AEON BIG berkenaan dengan mata ganjaran yang telah terbatal.
    Mata ganjaran Kad Ahli anda yang diperolehi pada hari tersebut hanya akan dipaparkan selepas 24 jam dari pembelian terakhir anda di mana-mana Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang mengambil bahagian atau pada hari ke-20 setiap bulan apabila pembelian dibuat di Pedagang-pedagang Luar tertentu berpandukan polisi Pedagang-pedagang tersebut.
    AEON Credit berhak untuk menarik balik mata ganjaran Kad Ahli yang diperolehi pada bila-bila masa jika produk atau barangan yang dibeli di Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat telah dikembalikan atas sebarang sebab dan bayaran balik penuh atau sebahagian harga pembelian berlaku. Begitu juga untuk penukaran produk, kecuali penukaran produk pada harga serupa. AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG berhak untuk menolak sebarang proses pengembalian atau pembayaran-balik jika anda gagal memaparkan Kad Ahli apabila diminta.
    AEON Credit berhak untuk menarik balik dan/atau membatalkan mata ganjaran Kad Ahli pada bila-bila masa sekiranya mata ganjaran tersebut diperoleh dan/atau ditebus tanpa menurut Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan dan/atau disebabkan oleh sebarang kesilapan sistem. Bagi mengelakkan keliruan, sebarang nasihat atau tindakan yang diberikan oleh kakitangan AEON Credit sekiranya bercanggahan dengan Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di sini tidak sama sekali mengubah Terma dan Syarat ini.
    AEON Credit tidak dipertanggungjawabkan untuk memberikan apa-apa mata ganjaran Kad Ahli atas sebarang sebab bagi transaksi tidak layak.
    Tiada mata ganjaran akan diberikan untuk pembelian “Gift Cards”, tambah nilai telefon mudah-alih, produk-produk berkaitan tembakau, dan produk-produk lain yang dibeli di luar mana-mana Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat.
    Mata ganjaran akan diberikan oleh AEON Credit bagi kesemua kos GST yang berbayar anda.

  4. KEHILANGAN, KECURIAN DAN KEROSAKAN

    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami oleh anda yang disebabkan oleh kehilangan, kecurian atau kerosakan Kad Ahli anda akibat daripada kecuaian anda sendiri dan perkara berikut terpakai:-
    AEON Credit tidak akan mengkredit semula mata ganjaran dari Kad Ahli yang hilang, dicuri atau terosak ke dalam mana-mana permohonan baharu Kad Ahli;
    Tanpa mengambilkira perenggan (i) di atas, AEON Credit akan mengkredit semula mata ganjaran jika Kad Ahli dicuri di mana anda perlu melampirkan sesalinan laporan polis; dan
    Tanpa mengambilkira perenggan (i) di atas, AEON Credit akan mengkredit semula mata-mata ganjaran jika kerosakan berpunca daripada kerosakan kad.
    Anda dikehendaki memaklumkan AEON Credit serta-merta jika Kad Ahli anda hilang atau dicuri dengan menghubungi Talian Khidmat Pelanggan kami (1-300-80-2366) atau kunjungi cawangan AEON Credit berhampiran. AEON Credit akan menyekat mata ganjaran Kad Ahli anda daripada sebarang pemerolehan atau proses penebusan serta-merta (jika ada).
    Jika kad hilang, dicuri, penipuan, rosak atau mala fungsi atau berlaku sebarang penggunaan Kad Ahli anda tanpa kebenaran, AEON Credit boleh, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, menggantikan Kad Ahli anda (jika berkenaan) dan memindahkan semua mata ganjaran yang telah diperolehi kepada kad ganti. AEON Credit boleh, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya membuat keputusan untuk tidak menggantikan Kad Ahli anda yang disebabkan oleh insiden yang berpunca daripada ketidakpatuhan Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di sini oleh anda secara sengaja atau jika anda telah atau disyaki terlibat dalam penipuan atau sebarang perbuatan lain yang menyalahi undang-undang.
    AEON Credit akan mengkredit baki mata ganjaran AEON BIG dalam masa 10 hari bekerja dari masa dan tarikh anda melaporkan kehilangan Kad Ahli AEON BIG anda.
    Jika anda terjumpa semula Kad Ahli yang sebelum ini telah dilaporkan hilang atau dicuri, anda seharusnya melupuskan Kad Ahli tersebut dengan serta-merta.

  5. UMUM

    Kad Ahli adalah hak milik AEON Credit pada setiap masa.
    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG boleh menamatkan Program Kad Ahli AEON BIG mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya pada bila-bila masa dengan memberi notis penamatan tiga puluh (30) hari kalendar. Notis penamatan tersebut dianggap telah diberikan sewajarnya kepada anda mengikut klausa 6(l) dan 6(m) di bawah.
    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG (termasuk sesiapa pengganti, pemegang serah hak, pegawai, pengarah, pemegang saham, ejen, ahli gabungan dan subsidiari) dan Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap anda atau mana-mana pihak ketiga yang dibenarkan oleh atau menuntut melalui anda untuk sebarang kerugian, kos, perbelanjaan, tindakan, tindakan guaman, tuntutan dan permintaan, sama ada secara langsung, tidak langsung, khas atau sampingan, tentang kehilangan perniagaan, kerugian profit atau sebarang bentuk kerugian perolehan yang dialami oleh anda atau mana-mana orang untuk sebarang kerugian, kerosakan atau kecederaan yang disebabkan atau dialami oleh siapa-siapa penggunaan Kad Ahli.
    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat enggan menerima Kad Ahli atas sebarang sebab.
    Sebarang pertikaian berkaitan dengan mata ganjaran Kad Ahli dan perkhidmatan harus ditujukan kepada Talian Perkhidmatan Pelanggan AEON Credit dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh pertikaian tersebut.
    Terma dan Syarat adalah dikawalselia oleh dan ditafsirkan selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia. Anda dengan khususnya berserah kepada bidang kuasa eksklusif mahkamah-mahkamah di Malaysia.
    Jika mana-mana peruntukan yang terkandung di sini menjadi tidak sah, menyalahi undang-undang atau tidak boleh dikuat kuasakan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang berkenaan, ia tidak mempengaruhi keesahan dan kebolehkuatkuasaan peruntukan-peruntukan lain.
    AEON BIG mempunyai kuasa muktamad dalam pentafsiran Terma dan Syarat ini dan dalam sebarang persoalan atau pertikaian-pertikaian lain berkaitan dengan Kad Ahli.
    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kegagalan teknikal sistem Kad Ahli yang menyebabkan Kad Ahli tidak dapat diterima oleh mana-mana Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar yang terlibat.
    AEON Credit berhak untuk meminda Terma dan Syarat ini mengikut keperluan munasabah dari semasa ke semasa. Notis pemakluman pindaan akan dipapar di laman web rasmi AEON Credit dan/atau laman web rasmi AEON BIG. Sila maklum bahawa penggunaan berterusan Kad Ahli selepas apa-apa pindaan yang dibuat kepada Terma dan Syarat ini akan dianggap sebagai penerimaan tanpa sebarang pertikaian dari pihak anda.
    AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG tidak dipertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kehilangan atau kesulitan yang anda hadapi akibat daripada pindaan-pindaan Terma dan Syarat.
    Semua komunikasi dan/atau surat-menyurat oleh AEON Credit akan dibuat melalui laman web rasmi AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG dan/atau Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar terlibat, pengiklanan dan/atau mana-mana media lain yang dianggap sesuai manfaat. Sebarang pemberitahuan tersebut akan menggantikan komunikasi dan/atau surat-menyurat terdahulu mengenai perkara yang sama, kecuali ia dinyatakan dan dijelaskan sebaliknya.
    Sebarang notis yang diberikan menurut Terma dan Syarat di sini dianggap telah diberikan dan dihantar sewajarnya kepada anda melalui pemberitahuan di Rangkaian AEON BIG dan/atau Pedagang-pedagang Luar terlibat dan/atau diterbitkan di laman web rasmi AEON Credit dan/atau AEON BIG.
