Enfagrow A+ Malaysia Enfalac A+ Step 1 Infant Formula Voluntary Replacement Offer Promotion
Dear Parents,Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia (MJN) is advising consumers and retailers nationwide to return Enfalac A+ Step 1 Infant Formula in 1.8kg box (three pouches in each) as identified in Picture 1 (below) for immediate replacement.
Out of an abundance of caution and with the safety and confidence of our consumers as our utmost concern, MJN is immediately expanding its current consumer support activities with a voluntary Product Replacement Program that starts today (15 December 2017). The goal of the Program is to remove any counterfeit cartons from the marketplace and allows consumers to easily ensure they only have genuine, high quality MJN product that is safe for consumption and fit for use as per product label.
This product replacement program is being conducted in light of the anti-counterfeit investigation, which to date identified a small percentage of product counterfeits in a handful of retail outlets in Johor Bahru. Using information provided by MJN, the Malaysian authorities have confirmed that they are actively pursuing the counterfeiting operation to shut it down and hold the perpetrators accountable according to law. MJN is fully committed to working closely with the authorities to help end this reprehensible scheme.

Here’s what you need to know:- The only product involved is Enfalac A+ Step 1 Infant Formula in 1.8kg box (3 pouches in each box) as identified in Picture 1 below
- Opened and unopened product is accepted
- Contact the Product Replacement Program Hotline at 1-800-88-3585 Monday - Sunday 9am to 11pm or complete an online form at www.enfagrow.com.my for more details on replacement instructions.
- Genuine MJN Product is high quality and safe for consumption as per the product label
- All existing stock of the product at retailers will be collected and replaced with genuine MJN product
- The replacement product will be Enfalac A+ Step 1 1.8kg box (Picture 2 below) or equivalent, with “DHA+ARA & MFGM Complex” logo.
