ANNOUNCEMENT:

Following a fire which broke out at our Giant Sunway City in Ipoh at approximately 4pm on 11th May 2017, we wish to assure all patrons and customers that the prompt action by the Fire Department ensured that the fire which affected a small section of the store was quickly brought under control with no untoward incidents.

While the store will be open by 12 noon tomorrow, 12th May, we have also cordoned off the affected area for the comfort and convenience of shoppers.

As the safety of both our customers and staff is of utmost importance we wish to assure all patrons that fire safety measures are strictly observed at all times and we are currently investigating the matter to eliminate future incidents.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
